Renato Lerner is a civil engineer with more than 30 years of construction experience across Brazil, Angola and the United States, and more than $1 billion in delivered works.
That experience spans large civil and building projects where quantity control, field verification and documentation were the basis on which work was paid and closed. CONCRE applies the same discipline to condominium and commercial restoration in South Florida.

The Engineer of Record
The Florida Professional Engineer or Engineer of Record remains responsible for diagnosis, repair design, sealed documents and all engineering decisions on the project.
CONCRE
CONCRE supports methodology, mapping, estimating, QA/QC, field execution and documentation, working in general alignment with ACI 562 and ICRI practices for concrete repair and evaluation.
