CONCRE works as a specialty restoration partner behind general contractors and engineering firms. You hold the relationship. We supply the façade mapping, the quantification and the field execution that make the restoration scope defensible.
How the partnership works
White-label by default.
CONCRE can operate under your brand on owner-facing deliverables, or appear as a named specialty subcontractor — your call, agreed before we start. Our people, methodology and documentation plug into your project structure rather than competing with it.
Client protection is part of the arrangement. As a matter of principle and of written agreement, CONCRE does not pursue your client directly for work introduced through your project. Non-circumvention terms are set out in the partner agreement before any building information is exchanged.

Specialty field execution
Concrete restoration, balcony and garage repair, waterproofing, sealants and coatings executed as your specialty partner.
QA/QC and documentation
Photo-traceable records per defect ID supporting pay applications, engineer review and association reporting.
Engineering firms
Support for the Engineer of Record, within clear boundaries.
CONCRE observes, maps and quantifies. The Florida PE evaluates, diagnoses and specifies. We provide field data, quantities, photographic records and execution capability so the engineering team can spend its time on evaluation, design and sealed documents.
