Structural Restoration & Building Envelope
Concrete restoration for façades, balconies and parking structures across South Florida.
CONCRE is a structural restoration and building envelope contractor working on 25+ year condominium and commercial buildings — with better visibility, better quantity control and better documentation than the category is used to.

The problem
Restoration scope almost always changes after sounding and opening.
On a 25+ year building, what is visible from the ground is a fraction of what the crew finds once the surface is opened. The industry's usual answer is an allowance and a difficult conversation later.
CONCRE's answer is measurement. Every observation carries a defect ID from the first drone pass. When the quantity changes, the change is attached to that ID, photographed and reconciled — so the board, the manager, the engineer and the contractor are reviewing facts rather than impressions.
CONCRE observes, maps and quantifies. The Florida PE evaluates, diagnoses and specifies.
The CONCRE cycle
Scan → Map → Quantify → Price → Award → Restore → Verify → Document
One continuous workflow from the first survey to the final close-out record — the way the restoration work is planned, executed and proven.

Services
Structural restoration, envelope and the intelligence layer around them.
Structural Concrete Restoration
Spalling, rebar corrosion treatment, balcony and slab-edge repairs, soffits, beams, columns, garages and façade concrete repair.
ExploreBuilding Envelope
Waterproofing, stucco, sealants, protective coatings and exterior painting executed as one continuous system.
ExploreCONCRE Building Intelligence™
Drone visual and thermal data acquisition, digital façade mapping, defect IDs and photo traceability.
ExploreCONCRE Proposal Intelligence™
Quantification, scope support, restoration preconstruction and unit-price bid support.
ExploreQuantified Restoration™
Preconstruction quantity, sounding and opening quantity, final repaired quantity — with documented variance.
ExploreMilestone Inspection & SIRS Support
Turning inspection findings into a located, measured and documented restoration scope for Florida condominium boards.
ExploreCONCRE Building Intelligence™
The building, mapped before the first repair.
Drone-based visual and thermal data acquisition supporting engineers, owners and restoration teams — digital façade mapping, defect IDs, photo traceability and quantity tracking.
Thermal and visual data indicate areas warranting further investigation. It does not diagnose structural defects or prove water intrusion.

Quantified Restoration™
One defect. Three measurements. A documented variance.
Preconstruction quantity, sounding and opening quantity, and final repaired quantity — each tied to the same defect ID and supported by photo records.
Illustrative example
| Stage | Basis | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Preconstruction estimate | Drone map + measured elevation | 18.7 SF |
| Sounding / opening | Field verification of delamination | 24.3 SF |
| Final repaired quantity | Measured after removal & patch | 25.1 SF |
Illustrative example only. Values shown do not represent a completed project and are not a quotation.

Why CONCRE
Discipline applied to a messy category.
Engineering mindset
The work is planned the way an engineer would plan it: defined elevations, defined defect types, defined units of measure.
Unit-price discipline
Scope is priced per unit and per repair type so that change can be measured rather than negotiated in the dark.
Field verification
Sounding and opening results are recorded against the original defect ID, not absorbed into a lump-sum allowance.
Documentation
Photo-traceable records supporting pay applications, engineer review, association reporting and building records.
Technology where it pays off
Drone survey, digital mapping and quantity tracking used for one purpose: executing the repair with fewer surprises.

Founder
Renato Lerner — Civil Engineer
More than 30 years of construction experience across Brazil, Angola and the United States, with over $1 billion in delivered works. CONCRE applies that quantity-control and documentation discipline to condominium and commercial restoration in South Florida.
