Façade Cleaning & Rope Access
Façade Cleaning & Rope Access in South Florida
Exterior glass, frame and façade cleaning on mid- and high-rise buildings using rope access — as standalone maintenance or as part of a restoration program.
Controlled descent
Clean elevations, reached safely, from the roof down.
Rope access lets technicians work the full height of an elevation by controlled descent, without scaffolding or ground equipment in front of the building.
CONCRE cleans exterior glass, window and door frames and façade surfaces on mid- and high-rise buildings. The work can be scheduled as routine maintenance or combined with a restoration program on the same elevations.
The work is performed by certified rope access technicians with OSHA safety training, following a site-specific access plan prepared for the building.
CONCRE observes, maps and quantifies. The Florida PE evaluates, diagnoses and specifies.

What gets cleaned
Surfaces on the exterior envelope.
Cleaning methods and products are selected for each surface and coordinated with management.
Exterior glass
Windows, sliding doors and curtain-wall glazing on every elevation.
Frames and mullions
Window and door frames, tracks and exposed mullions.
Façade surfaces
Stucco, concrete and painted surfaces with accumulated dirt or salt residue.
Balcony faces
Slab edges and railing faces reachable from the descent line.
Standalone maintenance
Periodic cleaning scheduled independently of other work.
Within restoration
Cleaning sequenced with repair, sealant or coating work on the same elevations.
Roof anchors first
No technician is rigged before the anchors are ready.
Anchorage is the first step of every rope access scope.
Locate
Anchor points located on the roof for each descent line.
Drill and set
Anchors drilled and set with anchoring epoxy.
Inspect
Anchors inspected before any technician is rigged.
Access plan
Site-specific plan for descent lines, rescue and sequencing.
Ground exclusion zones
Controlled zones below active drops to protect residents and the public.
Coordination
Access, balcony and schedule notices coordinated with building management.
Why it pairs with restoration
The same access lets CONCRE see the façade up close.
While on the elevation, technicians can observe and photo-document visible façade conditions.
Cracks, staining and sealant failures can be photographed and located during cleaning, and the records shared with the owner and the engineer. This is observation only, not diagnosis: the Florida PE evaluates what the conditions mean and what, if anything, is required.
CONCRE serves Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County.

Questions
Façade cleaning questions.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the building's size, number of elevations and weather. A schedule is set once the building and access plan have been reviewed.
- Do residents need to leave?
- No. Access and balcony notices are coordinated with management so residents know when each elevation is being worked.
- Is it safe?
- Roof anchors are set and inspected before rigging, descent follows the site-specific access plan prepared for the building, and exclusion zones are kept at ground level.
- Can you document conditions during cleaning?
- Yes. Visible conditions can be photographed and the records shared with management and the engineer. This is observation only; evaluation is by the Florida PE.
